Please be aware that Italy is ordinarily 1 hour ahead of the U.K., 6 hours ahead of New York and 9 hours ahead of the U.S. West Coast. It is between 2-10 hours behind the U.A.E., India, Hong Kong, Australia, Pacific islands etc.
